Not enough time to install on slow windows hosts, lab provides no instructions on IIS. Also be sure to keep everything in the same region or the lab monitor can't find it.

Lab instructions should mention that you must create non-default subnet and windows vms in us-central1, and that you should use the windows 2016 image (and not windows 2016 core)
