In my first attempt the GCP cloud console was broken due to the billing console being down. In my second attempt I succeeded in this challenge - it was fun!

I got tripped up because resources are required to be spun up in the us-central1 region. I'm based in ireland so I like to use the europe-west1 region. I would be nice to tell the users in the lab that they need to use the us-central-1 region in order to score all the points
