startup-script-url を 指定したが、スクリプトが実際に動いた気配がないにも関わらず テストがパスされました。 HTTPのルールもデフォルトのもので通ってしまいました。 一度インスタンスに入って apt install -y apache2 を行い、 systemctl start apache2 を行ってチェックは通りましたが、リモート起動スクリプトで自動的に立ち上がってくるラボにはなっていませんでした。
