You need to look into the tests. I had this completed via tf but tests didn't pick up. Rebuilt manually, all working, tests didn't pickup. Rebuilt in tf, it failed but your tests marked all fine bar http success! Manually installed apache and all worked.

The instructions say that we should not modify or change the instance, which is wrong. The instance will have to be edited for the startup scripts to be added

This was an easy lab, although there weere some bottlenecks as it was not clear at start, otherwise score is not awarded: -naming the startup script for web-install.sh -didn`t use sudo at first, and didn`t see logs -sometimes there was a delay in the newly created instance, and some packages were not installed, or the script did not run on the install. After SSH ing in the created instance sometimes apt package manager was not available.
