did not work, because i may be behind the firewall as am using the office laptop. but to attach apache2 http server, i used sudo apt update && sudo apt -y install apache2 and to overwrite the apache web server default web page, i used echo '<!doctype html><html><body><h1>Hello World!</h1></body></html>' | sudo tee /var/www/html/index.html. After this the external ip, that I was created and tried to open up in the brower as http://35.188.28.210 has thrown the refused the connect error
