Activity is no a Logs Explorer. One of the last steps is incorrect: "To view the activity for any resource in KMS, return to the Cryptographic keys page (Navigation menu > Security > Key Management), check the box next to your key ring, then click on the Activity tab in the right menu." It should point ot Logs Explorer, eg: https://console.cloud.google.com/logs/query;query=resource.type%3D%22cloudkms_keyring%22;cursorTimestamp=2023-08-11T06:06:58.698473099Z;duration=PT1H?referrer=search&project=qwiklabs-gcp-02-313d754f3402
