By default, Dataprep has inferred this column to be an array/list. Click on the column header of the citation column. For array columns, one of the suggested transformations is to Flatten array values into new rows. Add this suggested step to your recipe. Notice how the number of rows dramatically increases as these publications often have dozens of citations and each citation becomes its own row. There is no suggestion to flatten
