Ran into two problems: 1) During the second task my container stopped running, and terraform apply started throwing errors about being unable to pull an image. I suspect it was trying to pull the nginx image from a public repository rather than from the cloudshell disk. 2) During Task 1 - Refresh the state : `terraform show` does not show the new labels after running `terraform refresh`. But the labels do appear in the cloud console and the lab check still passes.
