Couldn't get success on first assertion, needed to use k8s version 1.21.14-gke.8500 as someone else mentioned the command to create cluster is here: gcloud container clusters create test-cluster --num-nodes=3 --enable-ip-alias --cluster-version 1.21.14-gke.8500
