I had to include flag --delete-emptydir-data at step of draining the nodes: error: unable to drain node "gke-test-cluster-default-pool-e221f652-mb3g" due to error:cannot delete Pods with local storage (use --delete-emptydir-data to override): kube-system/metrics-server-v0.7.1-6fbdc75c7d-b4tjt, continuing command...
