Understanding and Combining GKE Autoscaling Strategies Reviews

When create the Pod Disruption Budgets (PDBs), not all `kube-system` resources were not included in the PDBs creation script causing the scaling down to not function properly in the lab. Two scaling issues where logged: 1. Pod is blocking scale down because it is not backed by a controller 2. Pod is blocking scale down because it doesn't have enough Pod Disruption Budget (PDB)
