EXCELLENT integration of the lecture embedded right into the lab instructions. This is kind of ideal in that balance. What is unfortunate is that some of the things that the lab says will happen simply don't happen in short enough order to feel confident that your lab won't expire. Again, I would permit an additional 15-30 minutes on this lab rather than forcing someone to go do it all over again, given that lag times are somewhat unpredictable here.
