creating the first cluster with rapid release didn't work due to out of date statement (I'd to go to gcp docs to find out what's the available 1.21.4-gke.301 version and I used that one instead)

Unable to create cluster with version mentioned in the labs. The proper command is: `gcloud container clusters create scaling-demo --num-nodes=3 --enable-vertical-pod-autoscaling --release-channel=rapid --cluster-version=1.21.3-gke.2001`
