I completed all steps, but the final progress check kept failing. Realised it was because I removed the "LIMIT" line from the query, which seems...silly. If precisely matching the SQL is important you ought to give that hint. In my case, I improved it to filter on the inter-zone lines, and ordered by date. All of that would have meant 'failing' the progress check.
