The command to create a new region cluster (specified --region=us-west1) took more than 40 minutes to complete. Also, I waited 40 minutes and it failed. Deleted the regional cluster because it failed. This series of actions took 50 minutes. As a result, there was no time left to work. The next time I did it, the zone specified in the command to access the cluster credentials was us-central-a, but the environment was us-central-b. Too many mistakes.
