Exploring Cost-optimization for GKE Virtual Machines Reviews

This lab hung 2 times while creating the cluster, it failed with error "No resources available in the region" after waiting almost 30 min. Then I deleted the failed cluster and redeployed and it hung at 64% for about 20 minutes. I had to cancel the lab so it would not run out of time
