For some reason, the BigQuery log sync when first attempting to perform the Query failed because the dest fields were not included. I recreated the sync and the dest fields were there in the second attempt....not sure why...

This lab isn't completely up to date. kubectl drain "--delete-local-data" parameter should be exchanged with "—delete-emptydir-data". And messages like this do not really motivate when it's not possible to reason what is could be check that fails: "It doesn't look like you've completed this step yet. Try again."
