The provided team-a-dev Kubernetes identity cannot access ResourceQuota resources. kubectl auth can-i get resourcequotas -n team-a returns no, so Task 4 cannot be completed. The account also cannot list RoleBindings, indicating the expected RBAC permissions were not provisioned
