Cannot deploy the Cloud Run service Get error "You may not have more than 10 total instances in your project."

During the first attempt, I can't complete the lab. I got "internal system error" while deploying Cloud Run, although I already correctly copied and pasted the command. On the second attempt, I still got the same error message, and then I tried to edit the number of instance and deploy again via console UI (not from Cloud Shell). It worked
