It took multiple attempts to get this working because you did not indicate that we should use gcloud builds submit --tag gcr.io... which is not really well documented in the labs; they mainly focus on cloudbuild.yaml. Those that are familiar with docker would create an Artifact Registry and use docker build -t $REGION-docker.pkg.dev/$GOOGLE_CLOUD_PROJECT/... and docker push. Then use that image to install into cloud run. While I was able to access the URLs, your tests failed.
