The solution was not recognized by the course in the first attempt, seemingly because I didnt use Cloud Build (which was not mentioned in Task 3, only in Task 4. Even though I tested it in the command line as well as in another tab, it the service was accessible and had the correct response. Also, "Container Registry" should be used which is deprecated, and I tried with container registry as well as artifact repository, both worked to deploy the Cloud Run Service but still it was not recognized in the Step Check (Task 3). After now finishing it with Cloud Build, its fine, but basically Task 3-6 are all the same except for VERY small code modifications in task 6.
