This challange checks nothing after setting things up with NPM got error "ERROR: (gcloud.beta.run.deploy) You may not have more than 32 total max instances in your project." on deployment. still it counted for deploying. putting fake SERVICE_URL also worked in production part of task . It makes no sense to provide such labs as they give nothing but frustration
