unable to install/setup google-cloud-cli-component-gke-gcloud-auth-plugin. Either way apt install as well as *.tar.gz library failed to setup

unless i am doing something wrong, the lab is behaving funny on step of creating the k8s cluster. i used this command multiple times where i had set env variables relevant to the lab setup. it failed twice due to permission related issues with the student account and last time with quota relates errors. > gcloud container clusters create $CLUSTER --region=$REGION --network=$NETWORK --subnetwork=$SUBNET --service-account=$SA --enable-master-authorized-networks --enable-ip-alias --enable-private-nodes --enable-private-endpoint
