The lab asks me to create the custom IAM role orca_storage_editor_731 in project qwiklabs-gcp-03-d868cdad29c, but the provided student account student-02-57b1806cc202@qwiklabs.net lacks iam.roles.create. The exact command fails with: ERROR: (gcloud.iam.roles.create) ... You don't have permission to create a role in projects/qwiklabs-gcp-03-d868cdad29c. The same account also lacks resourcemanager.projects.getIamPolicy, so I cannot inspect project IAM either. This prevents Task 1 from being completed.
