I dind't remember how to configure a Service Account for Kubernet Cluster

This lab needs improvement. I was running several times into issues where my kubernetes cluster used to many resources and the lab got stopped. In the video the support team provided I saw that the cluster was created with --num-nodes 1 and --zone instead of region. Also --master-ipv4-cidr 172.16.0.32/28 was set to this IP. I do not understand why as the us-east-1 region is 10.142.0.0/28 . anyway for some reason this worked while my code did not worked. so please add infos into the lab, maybe as an additional hint to avoid that the lab crashes.
