I could not run the agent at all. Though both mcp server and a2a were running. I create a new third terminal and activated virtual environment there to communicate with the agent. It showed the 'User:' but did not respond showing an error. Instruction to run the lab was not quite helpful.

the agent reached the model call stage successfully, but Google is rejecting the request due to quota / rate limits.
