lab has python 3.9 while adk and mcp library require >3.11 how to complete lab?

The lab course content was exceptional. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there were some technical issues with the underlying Vertex AI sessions and I repeatedly got "limit exceeded" errors even if very few queries were made to the AI model.

This lab was very unstable, requiring several resets. The end of the page is covered by a message telling me that it is not optimised for mobile when I am on a desktop.
