The last check fails due to the build failure. The student account lacks iampolicy permissions to assign the missing firebase role to the service account - therefore the lab is impossible to complete.

lab was broken and needed fixing, said a bucket or logging option needed to be set in the BUILD file. I remedied by adding ``` options: logging: 'CLOUD_LOGGING_ONLY' ``` to the cloudbuild.yaml
