Challenge lab is impossible to pass (without some creativity). The maximum date of the dataset is 2021-01-10, behind the partition expiration (as of today). I re-wrote the date of the original dataset to get the lab to pass. Please fix the issue.

We are basically working with empty datasets since all the partitions of have expired. bigquery-public-data.covid19_govt_response.oxford_policy_tracker
