Error in step 3 population fill doesn't work

Reported Issues with lab. i.e. Task 3. Pls mentioned that the public dataset and the Task 1 data set are from different period so there will not be any successful update based on date + country code. Task 3 source table does not have any data for 2021.Data created as per task 1 is for 2021 data.

Reported Issues with lab. i.e. Task 3. Unable to complete it until qwiklabs debug it.

Due to change date in bigquery-public-data.covid19_govt_response.oxford_policy_tracker there is no possibility to end TASK 3. there is 0 rows in result when we want to join these 2 tables by date.
