The covid data referred to in this lab are situated in the EU. The basic setting of creating data during all the labs was data located in the US. This means that creating a new dataset as required by this lab will be almost automatically be created in the US, leading to an error on Task 3 where Bigquery will tell you that your data set and table are not located in the EU
