some glitches in the description -- for the create model#2 the actual task description says to use start TIME, whether the in the intro it's been said that the data scientist 2 wanted to use HOUR. Also, the wording "features must incorporate" implies that there could be other features beyond the required set. Finally, I didn't get why the station location has to be used -- BigQuery interprets it as a unique ID string. That's also true for station name, and station ID. Figured it out: busiest station should be filtered by its name, not by it's ID. Otherwise it does not work!
