Task 3 grading system appears to have a critical bug. I successfully created the improved_customer_classification_model with all required features (checkout progress, traffic source, device category, and country) and ran ML.EVALUATE with the correct evaluation dataset, but the scoring system repeatedly failed to recognize the completion despite correct query results. Task 4, which uses the same approach, passed without any issues. This inconsistency strongly suggests a grading system error, not a user mistake. I spent significant time troubleshooting and consumed lab credits due to this bug. Please investigate and consider issuing a credit refund.
