Subject: Lab GSP229 – Broken progress checker for Tasks 2 and 3 I am writing to report a serious issue with the lab "Predict Visitor Purchases with a Classification Model in BigQuery ML" (GSP229). I spent over 2 hours attempting to complete Tasks 2 and 3. Both tasks were executed correctly in BigQuery — the queries ran successfully and returned the expected results (roc_auc ≈ 0.723 for customer_classification_model and improved results for improved_customer_classification_model). However, the progress checker consistently failed to recognize the completed tasks despite clicking "Check my progress" immediately after query completion. The lab timer expired before I could resolve this issue, and I was unable to earn credit for Tasks 2 and 3 despite completing them correctly. This appears to be a bug in the progress checker, not a user error. I am requesting: A free lab credit to retry the lab A review of the progress checker for Tasks 2 and 3 Thank you.
