The lab appears to not recognize that I created the nginx-1

Multiple issues with this lab. Once command is executed and completed from CloudShell, UI page is taking a lot of time to refresh (though I could see updates using clouds hell commands). Also, I completed all the needed steps for second part of 'check my progress", I still see incomplete status
