Create a Python web app which uses the Flask library and uses feed.xml as a data source. 3. The index.html page should read the feed.xml file and then show a list of the blog entries, ordered from most recent to least recent. 4. Start the web server for me. It did not create the plan for approval first. It just proceeded to create the web app.
