sections 8,9 seems broken eg adk web doesnt work, need allow_origins eg --allow_origins "regex:https://.*\.cloudshell\.dev" also the last test has issues with accessing the app via external url

it is not working, it is not possible to test the agent in the end because it is not working.

There is some problem on adk web which can be fixed by using adk web --allow_origins 'regex:https://.*\.cloudshell\.dev' instead
