The instructions are kinda botched, the adk web never worked, the credentials were not stored for the agent to work properly, google-adk was not installed, the .envs were never created, the parent directory in the instructions did not match the project parent directory, it was a whole mess. thankfully I was able to figure most of it out, but the agent still never responded or created any traces so it was very difficult and I never did get it to actually work
