in the web I see 2 agents with the same name but no response. But was able to get the response when I do it via command line

Task 8 workaround use [ adk web --allow_origins=* ] the command provided does not work and will result in 403 errors

First time. The INSERT into postgres syntax isn't complete. The instruction didn't clear in the path that I have to create adk_agent, I need to check that is the output logs same as the task. Lastly, the adk web command can't run the agent, it can run the web UI but the agent didn't response anything. I need to specify --allow_origins to make it runnable.
