DNS for load balancing address can take a while to propagate, if you're impatient (like I was) you may need to fire up another browser instance or restart/force refresh your current browser to see it, because it will cache the stale information.

Takes too long to load the instances. If there is a way to pool instances and have just the lab portion that needs to created be the bottleneck, would help going through many labs.
