I think there is a mistake in the instructions. After Task 3, only one instance will be used, because cross-region load balancing is off. So traffic will only be routed to one instance. So it's not clear in Task 4 if the instance shown is the one I'm going to stop, or the other one. I think cross-region load balancing has to be on for Task 4 to work correctly.
