All the steps worked nicely. I wish I could see something when I tried accessing the Loadbalancer URL on my browser. All i got was "webpage not available"

Is good to see how the load balancer is created. It would be nice to see the requests going to both EC2 servers, test a EC2 server going down and getting back to the "cluster".
