Well done. However, at the end of Task 3, it should have had an additional step to restore the attribute of 'cross-zone' to enabled.

The use of "Cross-Zone Load Balancing" didn't seem to make a difference. Even before I enabled it, I was getting to both servers with refreshes; sometimes to 1 and other times to 2. Enabling and disabling this feature didn't seem to have any impact.
