Was unable to complete the deployment, since the CloudFormation stack creation failed 3 times in a row. The error event said it could not find an available VPC subnet to create the ec2 instance. Decided to skip that step and was able to step through all the rest, except actual deployment. I expect the issue is in the stack template of the demo deployment.

It almost took 30 minutes to launch..and then also it failed.
