Step #36 seems incorrect -- opening the designer did not give me access to the runtime output. Also, I would have found some description (or links) to where I could go to see a reference of what is allowed in the different JSON configuration sections. This would have been helpful in reverse engineering / understanding what they mean, as well as giving me a starting point when I want to start using CloudFormation Designer in the real world.

I was not able to finish the lab, the Properties tab of the created EC2 instance would not accept any modifications. This resulted in errors occurring when validating the template. Very frustrating!
