Followed the steps to upload the wordpress.template file, Create Stack -> checked the “Upload Template File”, browsed to the wordpress.template files downloaded in a previous step and the interface “grayed out” the “Next” button and created a spinning icon over the “Next” button. Never advanced past the “Specify template” step. I let it run for 30 minutes, no change.
