You have to make clear that you can only make these tests in Oregon, I tried on Frankfurt and the user didn't have permissions to make this. I almost didn't have enough time to complete this, I completed this just 30 seconds before the lab ended so I didn't have time to check anything, just make the steps very quickly and that's it. Very disappointed.

I didn't noticed at first there are two WordPress blogs. I used wrong one (which were missing root password) and this creation of DB takes significantly more time to create and then delete. Correct option takes seconds. It may be noted in steps which one to use.
