It would be better if the lab showed us how to SSH on the instance, create some dummy files and see the snapshot happening.

Would have been more interesting had we used some data. You simply let me know that I've got the capability to create and delete volumes and snapshots. As far as I'm concerned, I might as well have seen a sequence of screen shots--in truth, the Technical Essentials Online videos were sufficient IMHO. Also, the Technical Essentials course makes it sound as if these supplementary labs are to be free. Why then are you requiring credits?
