At 2018-11-22T18:13:24Z an instance was started in response to a difference between desired and actual capacity, increasing the capacity from 0 to 1. But then eventually it seems to launch (showing in instances a while later) but nothing about successful launch in the activity history

Choosing the first subnet in the list only worked for 1 of the ten people who did this training together. The rest of us needed to use the second subnet.

Instructions unclear, lots of people had issues with the ASG complaining about authentication issues.
