pods are not getting started

Some pods fail with error ErrImagePull, since some images are no longer available. Had to fix it with the manifests available in https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/microservices-demo, but there the loadgenerator does not have service.

A couple of images are failing when try to pull it.
